Another year gone in flash and what an year it has been more crossovers and this time its Marvel and DC doing the last time that happened it was 90s. 

And speaking of groundbreaking crossover that are getting a sequel Ultraman is teaming up with Spider-man but this time in manga form. 

Gundam has gain a god like form like Mazinger Zero and Getter Emperor. 

And speaking of east Godzilla seems to be picking a fight with everyone from Marvel ,DC and the TMNT (Digimon too but thats only for the Vpet please make cards of those designs ) the only publishers that are missing from this mix is Image (A Godzilla Transformers crossover would go hard) and Valiant.

In gaming news MARVEL Cosmic Invasion tried to take the crown from TMNT Shredders Revenge but felt sort in that regard but it is still a good time nonetheless i rank it 2nd best in the retro revival beat up category. 

Like usually below are things that impressed me in 2024 enjoy.

Eureka Seven's 20th Aniversary

Recently it was the 20th anniversary of the anime series Eureka Seven and i have to admit it was an interesting seeing a series that i watched when i was high school that is near and dear to my hearth reach such a milestone.

Hopefully we can get a sequel or something that is actually good , the series didnt have much success the past the original in my mind.

I dislike the movie Pocket full of rainbows ,the movie is a travesty while it does have cools mechs and action scenes the characters are awful its like seeing people you like turn and twisted.

AO did have its good moments but the inconsistencies with the original and the treatment of Eureka and Renton is too much too handle for.

The PS2 games (Eureka Seven Vol. 1: The New Wave and  Vol. 2: The New Vision) are pretty good from what i have heard and played.

RIP Collectiondx (2000-2024)

Another one bites the dust. If 2024 wasn't cruel enough, another integral part of my internet experience has shut down.

The collection of toys was amazing and the reviews were very informative it was a joy to browse their selection, imagining how awesome it would be to own some of those toys, the sweet days of youth.

I don't know what is sadder about the story the fact that the owner said that we can still see the website on the internet archive which is currently down or the fact that his last review at the time of writing,the review of DX Chogokin Giga Phoenix ,he managed to break the toy(a sad sing indeed).

To be fair I haven't been visiting the site as regularly as I used to I guess i got older and have been busier with other things.

Now I am older and I can afford most of those toys from the site but I will miss you collectiondx thank you for the memories.

Power Rangers Infinity 1st impressions.

With Boom studios Power Rangers run being at its end we are getting the lst original comic team,Power Rangers Infinity which looks at least to me like an adaptation of Battle Fever J.

 Some costumes feel a bit parodic, at least to me,while others makes me ask what costume?

 It just looks like they put a mask over their normal outfit can called it a day.Is this payback for some fans not liking the cosmic fury suits ?

The "Infinity Suits" kinda remind me of the fake Sentai team members that showed up in the series from time to time.

Something tells me that this series will be a bit more comedic in order to contrast with the events of darkest hour lets hope that they don't overboard with yuck millennial humor.

 

They have also announced a crossover with which is cool and all but i was hoping for the crossover with Mad Cave Gatchaman or at least with the Avengers but they are kinda busy with their Ultraman crossover.
